"Golden Boulders Climbing Festival 2022" The initiative for festival is to develop sports and trad climbing in the region. Ironically, Hampi's climbing history started from trad climbing but now the art has vanished. It's high time we bring it back as the terrain supports trad climbing effectively. For this, we are inviting people to climb with us and develop new routes. We are looking for the support from experienced and pro climbers for this golden initiative. Are you interested ? Hey #climbingfamily, normally this time of the years is the time for Golden Boulders Climbing Festival. Thanks to all who were part of the festival and competition in 2020. We are sad that the 2021 edition of the festival will not take place because of the current situation. We hope you are all doing good and are looking forward for the upcoming events with you. Last autumn, we spent two months in Hampi, India, making a documentary film about Vikas (Jerry), a local climber with huge potential. Shot entirely by Lee on a Canon 5d Mark ii, Hampi Local provides striking insight into the beauty of the region and the ability of one of its home-grown talents.
